Wine

Wine is an alcohol drink which is gotten from the fermentation of grapes and grape juice.
Wine is one of the most popular alcohol drinks which are considered one of the most important ingredients of many European and Mediterranean kitchens, or cultures. There are different types of wines which reflect the diversity of the climate and ground on which the different sorts are grown. We usually differ the wine by color (white, red or rose and black vine)- and the color is determined by the grape berry color together with the process of the production. Depending on the process by which it is made, wine can be ungratified or sparkling (gasified), which we usually call champagne by mistake.
